With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector as an executive and entrepreneur, I have managed teams across various industries and locations. Currently, I serve as the General Manager of Magaldi Middle East, where I work on developing MGTES as a leading Thermal Energy Storage solution for the energy transition.Before this, I was a Partner & Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), offering strategic advice to clients in the Middle East. I have also held CEO positions at two large Italian energy companies, where I led successful turnarounds and achieved significant growth in revenue and profitability. In my 30s, I managed critical financial operations and oversaw M&A activities.
Early in my career, I honed my skills in M&A, Administration & Finance, Planning & Control, and ICT. Throughout my professional journey, I have proven my ability to lead teams to success, navigate complex business environments, and drive innovation in the energy industry.

My interest in philosophy started during my teenage years and shaped my worldview as I earned a Business Administration degree from Bocconi University. After graduation, I learned the value of hard work and dedication while living on a limited budget and supporting myself through work and study.
I began my professional journey at 25, working in Management Consulting, where I encountered challenges with clients on both national and international levels. This period was both formative and engaging, as I traveled and faced diverse work situations.
After turning 30, I transitioned from consulting to the energy and public services sector, holding various roles such as strategy manager, sales and marketing director, and CFO.
Throughout my career, I have maintained my connection to philosophy. After meeting and marrying my wife in Italy, the birth of my twins further deepened my inner reflections on the meaning of life, after that, we decided to move and live full-time in Dubai. I now view philosophy and music as the most profound expressions of humanity's connection to the universe.

Looking ahead, I recognize the next few decades will be interesting, particularly with the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI). I believe AI is one of humanity's most intriguing inventions, with the potential to evolve autonomously and surpass its creators. This could lead to AI either destroying or merging with humanity to form something entirely new.
